The team at Dolcettini are renowned for their luxurious baked goods and custom cake creations. When moving into a kiosk environment focussed on 360 degree service, function and customer experience are paramount. N+N built an innate understanding of the team's workflow, from customer consultation and custom ordering, to quick service break and coffee orders.

The result is a design inspired by the layers of a cake. The base formed from concrete half rounds to replicate a sponge base, a polished concrete bench top bringing a glazed finish, topped with brass elements. Anchoring the new food hall development at Castle Towers, the illuminated halo commands attention from a distance.
